Physical training is more than isolated weight lifting exercises. The body moves in 360 degrees through all planes and ranges of motion. Movement should be fun and feel good. Using this awareness, clients progressively improve to their personal level of optimal function including muscular strength, aerobic capacity, balance, coordination and sports skills.
I have trained hundreds of people who are fitness seekers as well as performance athletes. I now focus on individuals who have accumulated wisdom with age and recognize they want and need guidance to optimize physical function and athletic capacity.
